A Review of Folk Music By Peyton Bolling
What I enjoyed most about The History of Folk Music post was that the author was very informative in her descriptions on the origin, characteristics, social implications, etc of Folk music. But, I wish the author would have provided a description on the site pertaining to the years that Folk music was prevalent and displayed more visual or audio representations of how it sounded or was performed during that time period. Additionally, the author had a few misspellings in her post so it was a little hard to understand what the author wanted the audience to interpret. Overall, the post was great! The post was an excellent way for the audience to truly understand the history behind Folk music and the ways in which it came about and how it was passed down from generation to generation.
