Stevland Hardaway Morris was born on May 13, 1950. He was born in Saginaw, Michigan. He was born earlier than his due date and because of this reason he was born blind. As he started his music career he began to go by the name of Stevie Wonder. He began is music career at an early age. He did not let his disability stop him, and for this reason he was signed to Motown Records at the age of 11 years old. He has many songs we know today such as the one’s listed below. He also is responsible for the “black” version of Happy Birthday that is always sung.
