The History of Techno Music

Techno Music originated in a place close to my heart, my hometown Detroit, Michigan in the 1980s. Techno Music is home to Detroit due to all the troubles citizens were going through. Computers became more popular within the work-field which led to many people losing their jobs. ironically while computers took jobs of many it led to the influential world of Techno Music for others. Techno music is created by using lots of technology and computer-based sounds, instruments and noises. This type of music is most commonly heard in raves and discos. Techno surprisingly uses sounds from many genres such as gospel, rock and the blues. The wonderful men responsible for techno music are Derrick May, Juan Atkins, and Kevin Saunderson who created many popular songs.
