Taylin Ware
Hi everyone! My name is Taylin Ware, and I am a senior psychology major at Spelman from Cincinnati, OH. I am passionate about addressing disparities in the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as collaborating with local communities to create more accessible spaces. I have four siblings and my family, and I are all very close. My hobbies include travelling, trying new foods, sewing, reading, and going for walks. I have also played flute for most of my life (private ensemble, marching band, and concert band) and love listening to classical music and going to orchestral concerts. I am so excited for this class and to be learning about music again, particularly that I have the opportunity to learn about black music and influential artists.
