Has anyone used landwatch to buy their homestead? Recently i've been finding more on zillow if you're looking for smaller parcels. Many great advice already by u/frombrknwings, landsearch.com and landwatch.com, also from @granly_panda about craigslist here is my.
But other than being careful and doing due diligence landwatch has been a great tool. If you're looking for 100's of acres then landwatch. Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each.
