Jazz is a unique music style that originated in the African American communities of New Orleans. Jazz is a blend of blues, ragtime, brass, and marching band styles which were all prevalent music styles in New Orleans. New Orleans gave birth to Jazz in the early 20th century and has gave people a show worth watching since! The music genre has New Orleans ingrained in it and it has layers to it. Jazz is so New Orleans just like a Second Line!
