Does Race Effect The Way You View Music?

When I listen to music I listen for the quality of it as well as if I am interested. If I can “vibe” to the song and relate to it, I don’t care for the color of the person singing it. I research the race of the person as well as the style of he or she after I hear the song a few times. After researching the person, and finding something I don’t necessarily agree with, it will change my views of them as a person but I will continue to like the song.
