Born in Detroit in 1944, Diana Ross’s full name is Diane Ernestine Earle Ross. Diana Ross first began singing at her church. Diana’s road to fame began when she joined the all-girl singing group, The Supremes, where she served as the lead singer. The Supremes were formerly know as The Primettes. During the 1960s, The Supremes was one of Motown Records most popular group. The Supremes first #1 hit was “Where Did Our Love Go?”. The Supremes were known both nationally and internationally.

In 1970, Diana Ross pursued a solo career, where she also excelled. Diana released Diana, her disco and most successful album. Later, she signed a contract with RCA Records, and produced her first album with them, Why Do Fools Fall in Love. Diana started her own production company, Anaid Productions, engaged in real estate, toured, starred on television and in movies. Diana Ross had successful albums such as Diana, Silk Electric, and Why Do Fools Fall In Love. Diana Ross also received many awards as well as a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. “Love Hangover” served as one of her number 1 hits, which was a disco song.
