About Me: Shelby Marcee

My name is Shelby Marcee, and I am a sophomore here at Spelman College. I am a Theatre and Performance major and Music minor with a vocal concentration. Musical Theatre has been a huge part of my life since I was little, and I can’t imagine a time where it did not impact my life in a major way. When I am asked to write about myself I tend to only talk about music and theatre because of how releventant and constant it is in my everyday life (especially at Spelman).  At Spelman College I am a part of the Spelman College Glee Club, I have been able to be a part of some amazing opportunities because of the group. I also do my best to stay involved in the theatre scene on and off campus, by going to see or participating in shows. Currently I am also an RA for the freshman hall, HH, this is also a very demanding commitment I have made at Spelman, but just as rewarding as everything else I have joined on campus.
